We flew to Deer Lake, got a car, and now we're in Rocky Harbour, home base for Gros Morne National Park. It rained here the past three days. Everything is green, and the air smells divinely of sea and pine.
We already saw icebergs near St. John's (tiny white spots on a blue sea from the air). St. John's was a transfer point. Our plane from there to Deer Lake was tiny too, with 18 passengers.
Last night's dinner consisted of cod (me) and moose burger (G). Then we saw a good sunset over the water.
