Rockin' across the Rock
On Friday, we drove several hours from Rocky Harbour eastward to Twillingate. It was a long but scenic drive on a clear warm day. We saw one moose, bringing our trip total to four. For lunch we stopped at a roadside diner. We drove right past the big town of Grand Falls Windsor, onward to the scenic fishing town of Twillingate. As the sea came into view we saw the many icebergs that were pushed in close to shore. The town is lovely. After a good sleep at our B&B and a great breakfast, we're off for some trail walking today.
